Once an order is placed on the ready to wear items purchased on our website it can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After that an order cannot be canceled. According to our policy, we do not offer refunds. In normal circumstances our items are quality controlled. In the rare event of an item being faulty or damaged, unworn & with the tags on in the same condition within 3 days of receiving , it will be exchanged with the same design & size (depending on availability) & if a direct exchange for some reason is not possible and the deemed fair by the management, they may exchange it with another item or give you a credit note or give an exception refund at their discretion. Sizes may be exchanged in the same design according to availability within 3 days of receiving. However, the customer will bear both, the cost of delivery back to the studio and the shipping of the new size item.
